THEY WON'T TAKE MY MONEY BUT THEY SUSPEND MY ACC

I have tried to setup a stop order to pay Profmed every month as they only allow a debit order to go off on the 1st. 3 Stop orders have bounced back from Profmed's account (FNB). They keep emailing me to say I must do an EFT. <br> <br> Some of us work for a living and therefore do not have time to process an EFT payment every month. We do not live in the 1900s, I do not understand why they cannot accept my money and allow business to run as normal.<br> <br> I have contacted Profmed by email and by phone yet they have not resolved my query. I then get an email saying my medical aid has been suspended despite Lorraine Holtzhausen saying that she would resolve the query, she has never called me back, instead I got the generic response from Carlize de Castro saying I must do an EFT. After suspending my account yesterday, I called them and spoke to Tebogo who promised that a manager would call me back, I am still waiting...<br> <br> Should this not be resolved with immediate effect I will have no choice but to report this matter to the council of Medical schemes.
