Terrible admin and response

I am very disappointed in Profmed’s administration. I’ve submitted my consultation of my physician who is contracted out to Profmed which I saw on the 29/06/2021. I have a PMB condition which is registered at Profmed which is Hypothyroidism, E03.9. The claim has not been paid out ever since!! First they told me the primary ICD 10 code must be the first one on the invoice. So I’ve arranged it and submitted the claim again. I haven’t heard from Profmed. I called last week, the lady told me the claim was rejected because the funds was depleted. I’ve told her it’s a pmb case. She then escalated it to someone else. I haven’t receive any feedback again. What is happening now and when will I get my money???? Profmed is one of the WORST medical aids I’ve ever been on! Luckily we’ve left Profmed and joined Discovery on the 1/7/21 again which is the BEST!!
