Service delivery is non existent

I have been with this medical aid for a year and it has always been a hassle to get assistance/information. I sent an email requesting to upgrade to a higher level. I also asked for a recent statement of account. I received an email stating that I will receive feedback within 2 working days and no one has made contact. The service delivery is shocking and pathetic. I am strongly considering changing medical aids because of this.
