RROFMED-IS SOMEONE *****LING MY THOUSANDS?????
Because Profmed did not answer phones during office hours the doctors could not get authorisation and I had to pay a considerable amount cash for treatment during a hospital admission. After some correspondence with Profemd the claim for the cash back was approved and according to Profmed correspondence was supposed to be in my account by 7 February 2023. I haven't received any money though from Porfmed. When inquiring Profmed just confirmed that the money has been paid. IS SOMEONE AT PROFMED *****LING MY THOUSANDS!!!!!!

14 Feb 2023, 13:50Still no reaction form Profmed on the claim money that disappeared. Not even I call from them. Just got conformation again that the money was apparently paid out, but I never received it. I have also checked the bank account with them, Who at Profmed is *****ing my refund???
