Profmed *****s your money!!

Profmed is honestly the worst Medical Aid out there. I have had to fight for claims to be paid for weeks, to only be sent more paperwork and promises of payment. I have about 6 unpaid claims that are on my schedule of benefits and not 1 has been paid. I have to contstantly follow up and talk with client services. I have about R10000 that is owed to me by Profmed and all they are doing is wasting my time and making it exceptionally difficuly to resolve anything with them becuase they just refere you to other agents and bury you in paper work. I am so frustrated as I can never get answers as they never follow up on their emails and if I speak to Customer Service they make promises with no result, and then I have to start the whole process of explaining to a new comsultant ALL over again. If I could give 0 stars I would !! I do not think i have EVER had such bad service from ANY provider in South Africa- Its pathetic and quite frankly *****ING!!!!!
