PROFMED NOT SO PROFFESSIONAL

My wife and I went to Dentist. We both had Code K03.6 mine was paid and hers was rejected. We also had Code K02.1 this time hers was paid and mine rejected. The reason given was DRC protocols app****. After I queried the claims they were reprocessed and paid. I requested an explanation on why it was not paid in the first instance and what is DRC protocols, This was 28 December 2017. After another 5 e-mails I have still had no response
