Profmed not honoring claims

<div>My late dad has been a member of Profmed from around 1973.

My mum and dad passed away on the 26 and 27th of June respectively. Profmed has not paid out or rejected their claims submitted by the physiothe******, blood tests and step down facility despite us submitting all supporting documents as requested by them I.e. Specialists motivation letter. Covid tests etc.

The claims department keep saying they will get back to us and now 4 months later we are still waiting, despite numerous calls and attempts to get them to resolve the matter.</div>
