Profmed Medical Scheme - no response to queries!
I have tried to get in touch with the claim department and have sent an email to the 'Information' desk. I have had no response for two weeks. I have also filled out a contact form on the website, twice and no response. Medical schemes already rob us of our money - we will always lose to insurance companies! If anyone considers Profmed, DON'T!
