Profmed Medical Scheme

Profmed takes pride in claiming that they are a Professional institution serving Professionals. There is nothing professional in the way they conduct their business. I have had issues with online access to my profile for years. This came to a head this week when I added a "Profmed Wallet" to my membership. I have wasted several hours every day since Monday, trying to resolve access on their mobile app and online, as well as trying to resolve an issue with the debit order for the "Profmed Wallet" that did not go off my bank account. There was a brief respite yesterday afternoon when I gained online access, but this morning they blocked my account again, for no reason, and sent me a temporary password that doesn't work. There's just no words to describe how *********** they are.
