Profmed is the WORST!!!!
Profmed is the absolute WORST medical aid. DO NOT waste your time and money with them. Never in my life have I received such shocking service… such unprofessional people working for Profmed as well. “I’m not sure” is their favourite answer and “I’ll pass your query on” only to get ZERO feedback or assistance further after following up numerous times. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
