Profmed is a money making ****

Profmed suspended my membership last month due to non-contribution. All of a sudden, a double premium is debited off my account. In enquiring with Profmed what the second premium is for, since my membership was suspended and no service was rendered to. I could not get a straight answer. I was eventually told, it is the rules.

Seemingly Profmed is about making money and does not care about its members and their wellbeing. You need frustration, try Profmed.
