Profmed - Horrible service!

I have called profmed over 5 times in the last month and half and was promised by each consultant that they would escalate the matter and would get back to me but I have not heard from any of them thus far. Their service is pathetic! I gave birth 2 months ago and have been querying the claims paid out and no one has bothered to assist despite my continuous efforts of emailing and calling to resolve the matter. I will definitely be changing my medical aid!
