Profmed doesn't care!

I had a second lower back operation end of last year, and since is still recovering. I need biokineticist sessions for my recovery and the supplementary benefit for this ran out. My biokineticist wrote a detailed motivation letter, and every response I get from Profmed, is just that the benefit is exceeded and my request cannot be granted. No matter how many times I have asked, they simply do not give a reason why my motivation was not considered.
