Profmed does not reimburse PMB conditions in full as required by law

Profmed have refused to settle a doctors invoice for a PMB condition for which the appropriate tariffs have been charged. The patient concerned is ill and is too scared to lay a complaint with council for medical schemes because she fears losing her medical aid cover. No one at the scheme seems to care. ref wf_***. I would like this matter taken to the principal officer.
