Profmed DO NOT pay claims.
Profmed Do NOT pay claims. Recently had a minor procedure done at a Profmed approved day clinic. Pre auth was obtained. Profmed has not paid the anaesthetist who threatened me with legal action for non payment, I had to pay him and now I am out of pocket. We have we been in contact with call centre multiple times, everytimn the require some special code for clearance, which has been provided. What utter *******! I will be changing my medical aid.
