Profmed cancel my medical aid! I don't want it anymore!!!

I have tried contacting Profmed telephonically and via email for weeks. The message on the phone line is that they have large call volumes and will get back to me between 4 and 7pm if I leave a message with my name, member number and cellphone number which I have. I would like to cancel this medical aid. This it not the product for me and have decided to move on, but can't if i don't cancel the membership. I feel as if I am paying for a glorified hospital which is actually what one of their consultants called the medical aid when they refused to approve treatment as an ER patient. Approval which they delayed communicating to me by a few days and not a few hours. That ER trip cost me almost R20 000. My daughter had emergency dentistry last week. They refused to pay for that. I am done. Let me cancel this useless medical aid and get myself one that actually works.
