Profmed always find ways not to pay

Generally Profmed tries to project a professional image, but then at the back it seems they will rob you wherever they can. Had a dental claim on 22 December 2020 which they rejected as I was over my limit. Then I had another dental claim on 15 January 2021 which they rejected as it was less than 28 days since my previous claim. Whichever way you claim, they find a way to reject and never pay. Time to move I would say. Good for those who are not stuck with them.
