Profmed a complete HACK - Useless Hack that cannot even cover a blood test in a pandemic FILTH

apart from the fact that this medical aid is paid every month without fail I have yet to use it! to add insult to injury they do not cover you for the corona virus blood test (cheap hacks) and that during a pandemic WTH. but that is the least of my problems. so on the 1st of this month being unemployed and without money my debt orders did not go off naturally there was insufficient funds. but on the 4th i managed to get in some money and physically paid the medical aid first. however today i noticed that on the 4th again my account was debited for the monthly payment. as i understand in order to reverse this mistaken transaction which is no fault of mine will cost me R300.00. so i did what any rational being would do CALL them! but as you might have guessed calling a call center comes with its challenges. the know it all clever human on the other side claims that they do not debit later than the 1st (really Sherlock) i explained that my bank account says differently and i need the transaction reversed immediately. i will not pay the R300 as it is no fault of mine. she was useless to help and advised that i email contributions. Yup email. which by her clever calculations takes 2 DAYS to read!!! We in a freaking pandemic and these a-holes take 2 days to read an email ??? anyway now i must email the *****s who ***** money from my bank account and then wait until they correct the position. in the interim my family can effing starve !!!! yup ! all in a morning. what a complete hack this profmed is !!
