Poor medical aid
Poor claims department - always fund available, but 100 excuses not to reimburse
Phoning to getting answers from managing is not possible and never all back as requested.
One call with a Kandisele, did not even know her manager Tebogo surname.
Professional people looking from medical aid, stay clear.
