Profmed is the absolute worst. Got authorisation for a procedure AFTER an ALMIGHTY BATTLE. Strange the drama this time round as they authorised the original procedure in November 2021…. Roll-on to August 11 2022… due to some unforseen problems The plate in my toe has broken …. FINALLY GOT AUTHORISATION…. After quite a bit of fighting…., don’t know what they thought I needed to do … cut of my toe perhaps. So roll on to the PAYMENT…. Get ready for this…. Accounts submitted via EDI but NO ….. Profmed in 2022 want a ….. PAPER-ACCOUNT….. I kid you not….. I guess you also want it posted via the Post Office….. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. This is the worst service ever…., for an organization that is for PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE YOU SURE ARE NOT DELIVERING THE SAME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE …..
