No payments, terrible service

None of my claims are paid out by profmed. They find ways around paying out any claims even if they are completely part of the benefits in the plan. They have caused me only stress and have contributed to some hard months where my medical expenses are unexpectedly doubled as a result of them rejecting a claim. I specifically confirmed whether a certain doctors appointment would be covered and have since received a bill for the appointment and a response saying I 'misinterpreted their benefits' which is rediculous as I am educated enough to understand a basic document. Terrible service, stay far away from them.
