No payments

She is a patient with hypertension, mitral valve incompetence and ischemic heart disease (all of these are PMB conditions) of the cardiologist and was admitted to hospital for a coronary artery by-pass and mitral valve replacement. Both conditions falls under PMB. She was seen for these conditions (PMB) conditions on the 7th July 2018 and as a high risk patient the cardiologist who found it necessary to perform certain investigations to assist her risk for open heart surgery. There are still items not paid after 8 months. She was again seen on the 8th October 2018 for the same reasons as mentioned above and there are still items not paid. On the 15 & 16th October she was seen as an in-patient for PMB conditions by the cardiologist, and these payments are still outstanding. She was followed-up post-surgery / discharged for her PMB conditions and there is still outstanding payments. Although we send e-mails, they do not reply – just an automated response without a reference number.
