No feedback from chronic department
For weeks now I have been trying to register my wife (dep 01) for her chronic conditions. The practice did forward her documents to Profmed chronic department. Since then I have had no feedback on this registration and my emails in this regard are being ignored.

24 Oct 2024, 13:19Dear Mr van Rooyen, we apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused.
Due to technical issues, the scripts were blocked, the prescribed chronic medication was authorised and claims successfully processed. To drive efficiency, all future authorisations can be authorised telephonically by the prescribing doctor and obtained immediately from the pharmacy.
