Issue with Profmed

I would like to post a new review of Profmed following one where I was not happy. I had an issue and formally raised it with them after not been able to resolve it over the phone. The response was professional and all issues were resolved. I have to now rate Profmed very high. It is not that things cannot go wrong, but their management of it afterwards and resolution is well organised. They deserve a 5.
