I visited the walk-in office at Parktown to collect a brochure for my boss, and while I was there, I witnessed a lady at reception by the name of Nombulelo Shabangu assisting an elderly member. I was genuinely impressed by how patient and courteous she was throughout the interaction. In a time where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, it was refreshing to see someone take the time to care.

Even though I wasn't there for assistance myself, the experience left such a positive impression that I immediately shared it with my boss — and he's now planning to sign up for your medical aid. Excellent service like this deserves recognition!
