GREG IS FED UP

I have been a member of Profmed since 1989 and in general have had very few complaints about Profmed until this year when my health deteriorated. When you speak with a consultant regarding a query which the consultant can not resolve and are promised that Profmed will get back to you they never do! Follow up calls regarding the query are a waste of time as you are never put through to the department the consultant promises to put you through to while you are requested to hold on. Eventually you hear a prerecorded message that they are experiencing high call volumes and are requested to be patient. Am I not now entitled to conclude that Profmed are not simply not interested in resolving the difficult queries?
