Excellent Service assisted me through critical illness

I just recently joined Profmed and was hospitalized twice in just a few months. Never have I ever been suddenly hospitalized for anything before and this was unfami**** territory. The second hospitalization was for a critical illness and it was extremely frightening since recently I lost a valued family member to the same illness.

The stress of dealing with everything that was happening at the time was greatly relieved solely because of Ashante Hoffman's great approach towards her clients. Any issue or concern I had was handled with the greatest of attention. I must say that the service I have received astounded me as Ashante really sets the bar very high. She handled every query and problem for me and I knew I could focus on the illness . I am very thankful for the way I have been treated and for them to have handled me with the care that they did.
