After payments of R3000 monthly for many years, the scheme is refusing to pay my daughter's Psychologist. Even though the Psychologist studied 13 years full time whilst completing four degrees and is registered with the hpcsa. Is the fund bankrupt due to placing funds in their own pockets?!
