Complete Lack of Transparency

<p>I am a full-time student and Profmed's student package looked like a good option for me.</p> <p><br />Only after I sent all the relevant information was I informed that I do not meet the "elligibility" criteria for being a full time student. Nowhere on the Profmed website does it ever mention age criteria or household income criteria and simply gives the impression that one has to be enrolled as a full-time student in a recognised degree to qualify.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this with-holding of information unprofessional and there is a complete lack of transparency from Profmed's side. When I queried regarding the criteria, every attempt was made from their side to try and dissuade me from accessing their student option and push another option on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not become a Profmed nor PPS member because of it.</p>
