Complaint Regarding Unreflected Out-of-Pocket Medical Costs on Tax Certificate

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my out-of-pocket medical expenses by Profmed. Despite submitting all medical expenses claims within the required timeframe before the end of the tax year, the amount not reimbursed and rejected by the scheme is not reflected on my tax certificate from Profmed as 'claims amount not covered by the scheme'. This omission is causing substantial inconvenience and potential financial loss, as I am unable to accurately report these expenses for tax purposes.

I have adhered to all the necessary protocols, yet Profmed's failure to reflect the unpaid claims on my tax certificate is unacceptable. I request an immediate review of my submitted claims and an updated tax certificate reflecting the 'claims not paid' so that I can rectify my tax records accordingly. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly to avoid any further inconvenience.
