Benefits suspended

My medical aid benefits were suspended due to non payment , my bank account was double debited a week ago in order to bring it up to date , yet my cover is still suspended , I have emailed , I have chatted with a consultant to no resolution. I’m still sitting with no benefits . I will be going back to my previous medical aid scheme because this is just wrong , it’s like no one cares . Why are you not using the same energy you used to suspend my cover in order to reinstate it .
