Bad Service

I work for a medical practice and deal with medical aids on a daily basis. I have never been send around this much from one side to another. The task was very simple and yet nobody could assist me. Not to even speak about the bad telephonic manners, NO hi or goodbye or who is speaking? I could not hear a thing..... after 25 min we decided to give up!!! I know that all medical aids take long and there are certain steps to take to get auth for patients but this one was just terrible. I would not have minded to hang on for an hour if they had better attitude over the phone......... even though we work through a practice we still need to get service!!! This makes all of us aware of the fact that we should not become members.
