Back Office Sucks

<p>I have a problem with info on Tax certificates being wrong. Contributions for March that was paid on 26 February is shown as received in previous Tax year. Two contribution consultants rep**** that system captures receipts and it is reflected on the tax certificate in the year received, this is wrong. I requested my problem to be escalated to the Financial Manager or Director and now I am getting no response</p>
