Bad and unprofessional business Profitable Africa

Last year December i joined an online dropshipping business called Profitable Africa. Everything went well and I received a call from a guy called Gerhard who was the general manager of this company. In that telephonic meeting he introduced me to the Ceo of the company whose was Marchand. But because I joined by the 21th most business were closed and we could not finish the website in time. Eventually are a long struggle we finish by mid January 2024. The contract agreement states I should pay a R4000 upfront for them proceed with the website and to start the marketing campaign and run the online google ads to drive traffic to my site. But did not pay them the R4000 required, but paid them the full amount of R8000. There were so many technical challenges after website was completed I could not log in to the site to view my product so he had to reset my credentials. To get to the point, the contract also stated they I have 3 month for them to run my site on my behalf with guaranteed results as stipulated in their (KPI) . By untill now I haven received a sent in sales and the Ceo is ignoring my calls and whatup messages if he does answer on whatsup he always promise to get back to me which is a lie, he never contact me. Last month was the last month for my contract to expire and still I have not made a send. There is also a refund that is promise when there no results, but my whatsup messages is ignored.
