Not the family gym they claim to be

<p>Been a member for 9 months and was in a really good training program mentally and physically ally. Since sign up I let the little dirt issues go and not bug me I just made sure I used my towel then it started getting worse...same dirt in same place for days! There was a hair in the same place for 2 days in the sauna! The showers you can clearly see do not get cleaned daily - more like twice a week if you lucky. We complained many times about the filth and also machines constantly broken but we're not even considered. I do not have time to go spend hours at the gym so when I go I want to get my program done till 1 day I had enough! Owners each have their own 4x4, stay on small holding with another gym yet they give us the s****s???? And we pay for it! I wanted to cancel because I cannot train in other ppls sweat and germs but was shrugged off and told what j need to pay up to cancel. Was told to escalate if with the owner, Colin, which I did but was ignored. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be be careful of these "cheap" gyms - you get what you pay for! </p>
