Cancelled Gym Contract - Handed over

People please be aware of Profiles Fitness Studio in William Moffet in Port Elizabeth. My son cancelled his contract due to being a student and he was away for 3 months. He did not have an income what so ever and now they handed him over for R4667.10 plus collection fees and it was only R750 that he needed to pay. Now they come with a lot of stories that he needs to pay for the full duration of the contract still to come!!! How can he pay for something he cancelled. I wanted to pay for this outstanding fees before the sharks (debt collecting firm) phoned us and they refused to withdrew this. I will not be responsible for any of their fees.
