BAD SERVICE

Beware!!! I canceled my membership with the gym a month ago, I paid the penalty fees and provided them with a proof of relocation.

Today I got a message that I was once again debited for my membership that he's been canceled, I proceeded to phone the owner to tell her I need a refund she then said there is nothing she can do till the 21st of April. In times as uncertain as these where every cent counts due to the uncer*****y of our salary being paid in April and not getting full paycheck in March I feel that this is unacceptable. She as the owner should be able to rectify an issue like this immediately... They are happy to take but when it comes to giving back the couldn't be stuffed and just put you on The backburner till its convenient for them.
