Worse craftmanship and quality on Professional Cylinder Lawnmowers

I would like to share my thoughts and findings on Professional cylinder Lawnmowers I have them all 14", 17", 20" Professional Golf Green and 25" Professional and came upon a lot of problems in the quality and manufacturing of the Professional cylinder lawnmowers when I needed to replace parts I have ordered carry wheels for my Professional Golf Green 25" and when I got it from the dealer the wheels were scew - one standing straight up and the other one scew = welding on the bracket where the wheel is attached are scew - after 2 weeks I did not get one - at last I got one but wheels were also scew - so I stopped the request for carry wheels and requested a refund Shafts are not in size - either too loose or too tight Parts are not properly prepared before powder coating - it chips and rust easlily Parts are actually ***** - when I stripped - but Professional assembled it like that No sprocket can be taken off normally - because it's been hammered on just to fit There are no washers on some of the hexagon bolts on the side plate so when you need to loosen the hexagon bolt it eats into the powder coating The clutches on these machines - the bearing are hammered in place so actually the bearing is not working as a bearing - but eating out on the shaft because it's not functioning properly - spinning on the shaft I have also encountered shafts where there are 2 circlip grooves - reason being that the first on was done on the wrong place - and they just do a second circlip groove to correct their mistake - the space between the 2 circlip grooves are then so small and weakens the area The clutch basket are so power coated everywhere - even where the shaft is suppose to go in - so the client must get that out for the shaft to fit properly Powder coating should nowhere we weakened as this causes room for rust to start I think an Eskom apprentice will build a better Professional cylinder lawnmower Professional states on their website the following and I quote "Each part is precision engineered to create a perfectly balanced mower that produces perfect lawns, time after time" Believe me this is not the case If you really want the Professional cylinder lawnmower go for the old one's with the crossed galvanized handle bars those machines were quality I would 100 times more rather buy a Protea build with quality and respect for the product - I can vouch for that because I have a Protea and can see the difference in quality, and durability So guys if you want to spend money on a decent cylinder mower get yourself the best there is - The Protea cylinder lawnmower One of the good things in buying a Protea is you can deal directly with them no middle man who is making money - fast, excellent service and quality There are a few lawnmower dealers that sells Professional parts - and agree with these issues
