It’s so ironic that it’s so easy to write a review when you were unhappy but few do when they were treated well. After visiting many doctors, treatments for my skin condition didn’t change. I found Prof Hlela online and immediately booked an appointment. I met her at Vincent Pallotti’s rooms on the 9th of October 2020. I felt welcomed by her. I was listened to, treated with respect & care. I was treated humanely, was free to ask her anything without fear. She did her examination & diagnosis and immediately put me on a treatment.
