Do not trust their services its a lie.

Pro Quality Blinds has a website and claims they all about quality services and delivery. Gasant kept asking my son when I was going to pay the deposit based on on estimations. I confronted him and on the 17.2.2015 he came out to quote and send invoice for deposit payment and said delivery will be within 2 weeks as per his invoice I paid R10 000 deposit and once the 2 weeks has passed, I did not hear from him. He does not answer his phone so both my son and I send him whatsapp messages. He then responded on the 2.3.2015 that he will let me know when the factory deliver, and on the 7.3.2015 after contacting him again he said sometimes there is holdups at the factory in JHB and it is beyond his control. However, not once was he proactive to let us know what was happening and since then has not taken our calls or responded to my request that he should transfer the R10 00 back to me as it is One month already and he has not delivered. His business number and cell phone both not answereD (subscriber do not exit land line and subscriber not avialable - cell). Clearly he is avoiding us.
