Professional pool builders/ Country wide pools - the WORST

We have paid professional pool builders t/a Thabang Pools for their services. They never bought any material or finished the pool. Steven dug a hole in the ground, put cement in and now we cannot get him to come and finish the pool. He has been paid over R39000.00 for this service. He also works under Country wide pools.
