Selling **** products

I trust you are well.

I recently bought your Sunuv 3 lamp and I am quite disappointed.

I specifically asked if this lamp was original and was advised that it was in email.

I received my lamp and noticed it indeed was not original.

1) Sunuv is not printed in the middle as attached 2) the bottom does not slide out 3) the 2.0 sticker has Chinese writing on 4) the silver strip on the lamp does not have a chrome beading. 5) the adapter does not have a sticker on the cord.

why are you selling counterfeit products under a reputable companies name??? Do i need to report this to SUNUV HQ to get assistance?

Please advise as I expect this to be rectified.
