Failed to give certificate of completion

Hi, so in 2011 I did a nail course with PNB, my exam facilitator Nadia at the time told me that I would be notifies as to when I can collect my certificate of completion for the gel & dip acrylic system.. When I went back after weeks of no feedback regarding my certificate, I was told that new owners had taken over the company... I recently found out that my exam facilitator (Nadia) from 2011 has been the owner since Oct 2010. I paid R3500.00 for this training, qualified nail tech yet 10/11 years later still no certificate... I am disgusted at how rude Nadia was over message when replying to my email... If I knew she has always been the owner and that it was a lie that new ownership of this company had taken over I would've faught harder to get my certificate...
