DONT WANT TO RETURN OR CREDIT MONEY

We booked a lashes course 10 days in advance and paid a deposit to keep a seat in course.<br> Due to unforeseen circumstances we can not make the course and cancelled 3 days later.<br> We phoned them up and told them to cancel and ask for a return for the deposit of credit it to buy products from them. They said they already have the lashes kit and cant return it so we MUST come for the course or we loose the deposit money of R1350!!!<br> <br> This is unacceptable and unprofessional, they refuse to give us our money back or credit us!!! <br> Pathetic, when my husband phoned they said that we must send an email to refund our deposit and he has it all recorded but they still refuse!!!!
