Failed to Pay actors for Spar load shedding ad after receiving it a year ago on the 30th of September 2016

In 2015 we took our child to professional kids to do a presenters course . While there she received a casting for the Spar load shedding ad .The production house obviously was quite impressed with her and ask for the whole family to partake. We were chosen as featured extras in fact we end off the ad. The first payment we were to receive took 3 months to pay out and we had to threaten professiomal kis to get paid . Professional kids then got a second payment on the 30th of December 2016 and failed to inform us or pay us . After becoming aware of this a week ago we have unsuccessfully been trying to get the owner D who is avoiding our calls to get back to us and to date has failed to respond or make any payment or payment arrangements. TBWA the production house that appointed Profesional Kids unsuccessfully tried to mediate to get the payment but now they are no longer able to assist and refferd me to their lawyers . I appreciate the help but where does this leave the actors. Spar paid TWBA paid professional kids and professional kids is now not paying us. This happen with many of professional kids people/actors and I'm just wondering why she still in business and what is the next step to take to get this woman off this business is for good. I'm also interested to see whether TBWA will continue to use Proffessional Kids being aware of the non payment culture of this particular company only time will tell.
