This company sent me an email on the 30th of March advising they will review my complaint for a refund. I still haven't heard anything til today. I haven't used their services. Immediately after signing the debit order I requested a cancellation. Til today they haven't canceled my debit order. Meaning this month they will debit again yet they have not refunded the previous debit order. A bunch of ****mer. I'm escalating this with the Ombudsman and getting protesters to protest outside their offices. I've been emailing: *** but now they are ignoring me
