Lies, lies and more lies

I engaged with Profectro for custom garage doors as they were a small local company and I do my best to support local industry. I eventually got the doors 5 months late but the workmanship is atrocious and they are all buckled, hinges sagging and trimmings falling off. I made the additional error of giving them a personal loan to try and keep their company afloat. We did sign a contract for the loan and agreed deadline for repayment...yet not one cent has been repaid and they upped and left the area overnight.
