Terrible doctor, extremely rude

We were referred to Prof Frey by our gp for my mother who has a case of chronic osteomyelitis. Went to see him in October 2017. He said he would not give her antibiotics because she needed an operation. Fair enough. Due to work and other commitments my mother was not able to do it straight away. Prof said she should think about what she wanted to do and come back when ready. Mind you he was quite rude then, refused to even look at her wound or send her for X-rays as he said what was the point, he can do it when she comes back.January 2018, we went back, thinking she would be able to have the op and be treated. As we walked into the rooms, he was utterly rude. Stated that he was not prepared to treat her as he only works with patients that listen to him and that my mother is not compliant. He said that she should rather go to other surgeons as he does not want to treat her and why do we want to use him. When I questioned why he did not tell us this in October, he rudely stated that well he is telling us now, never mind that we had to go to the gp, get authorization and wait 2 weeks for an appointment to see him again. He has a very arrogant attitude and does not care about patient well being! Extremely rude. He has now delayed the care for my mother and has a don’t care attitude... Terrible doctor with terrible bed side manners. Will never go to him and I recommend no one go there.
