Is an 8 Star rating allowed?!!

Having worked in Sales Management I find it difficult when I see or experience poor customer service. But Prodigy H simply blew me away. Efficient, good product knowledge, and amazing client service despite the fact that I'm not trade but simply a private first time client. Justin, it's the first time that I have put through an enquiry via a website and have someone phone me within 15 minutes and Shelly, for you to have my order ready and waiting for me the following day and know my name once I identified that I was there to pick up two shock absrobers for a Honda CRV needs to be done Boet! You guys are rated off the scale - 8 Stars!!!!
