Service delivery standards

I needed a ECoC ( Electrical Certificate of Compliance) I contacted someone I know and he referred me to Procor SA in the Northern Free State (where I reside and am purchasing @ 28 Eksteen str Odendaalsrus, Free State, South Africa).

I had phoned several companies to get a ECoC before I contacted Procor SA and waited more than a week for a return call.

Procor SA sent an Electrician that asked me a few questions about my plugs, lights and then he proceeded to start testing.

BTW although I have a little knowledge of how electricity works (my late Father was a qualified Electrician)

After THOROUGH testing (about a hour testing every plug, every light) he found that everything was in order.
